Genealogical Requests
Due to the significantly increased volumn of genealogical requests, St. John Church has suggested a minimum research donation of $10 is requested for the time and efforts that are required for genealogical research. If official certificate documentation is needed (baptism, first communion, confirmation, marriage, etc.) an additional fee is required. Contact the genealogical committee for more information.
If you would to make a request for genealogical information from our church records, please send a detailed message below in an e-mail. Or if you would like to call, please use the number below and NOT the regular church number. Our church secretary does not handle these requests. All phone calls are routed to a special voice-mail that is monitored by our Genealogy committee. All requests, whether e-mail or voice-mail will be answered.
If you are calling from outside our area code (860), please click the button below and the call is free. After clicking the button, you type in
your name and the number of a phone next to you. Our service, Google Voice, will ring your phone. When you answer you will hear a ringing
just as if you dialed a number. If someone from our Genealogy Committee is not availible, leave a detailed voice-mail and we will return your call.
